Our wrists are some of the smallest joints that often support some of the largest strains in our body. Today I want to take a look at how we can keep them supple and strong, with various stretching exercises, as well as focusing on how we should ideally be using them in such ubiquitous poses as down dog, and other hand balances. Throwing in some nice heart opening and back bends, this is a great quick class for morning or whenever you may need a pick me up!
