Iron Butterfly is one of my favorite core strengtheners! I Love this pose! It's great to move breath through your body, great for digestion, really excellent for strengthening your core and your back, and even better for your inner abs! Have fun turning your butterfly into an iron butterfly! (; This pose is also an incredible grounding pose. You are bringing awareness to your lower inner abs and breathing directly to your body. If you want to think about your intention, send your love and intention to your body as you exhale your breath out. You are also contracting and expanding your body. That you can imagine your body growing stronger and stronger every exhale. Thank you for enjoying this pose. (:
