Let's release your stress from your hips, back , shoulders and neck. We will enjoy restorative poses with slower breaths in this practice. We will enjoy the present moment by staying a bit longer in each poses and let your body to slowly open up. Close your eyes when you get into poses so that you can relax your mind. This practice is recommended for anyone at any level. Very beginner friendly but also advanced practitioners should practice mellow flow like this once in a while to rest.
