This is a fun 60 minute practice with lots of core strengthening, some really great back strengthening with low cobras on a surfboard (: , lots of balancing of both sides of your body working together, some shoulder strengthening, (always come to your knees if you feel any pain in your shoulders or hips!) Some lovely bridge poses to strengthen your back side and hips and then we end this fun practice that I filmed mostly in Maui, Hawaii, then Padre Island, then in Austin with some nice hip opening pigeon poses! Enjoy and have fun!
